THE GREATEST LEGEND THAT EVER LIVED

I know i'm doing this very very late, but i must say the truth....I was cryin all those time when i was supposed to post somethin' up here. I'm really sorry, but even if i'm doin' dis very late, MJ would forever be in my heart.

I don't care what people said he did, or what they think about him, but the music industry would never have a special person, a unique talent like MJ again, He's The Greatest Legend ever.

Hey friends, how are u guys holdin up...i havent been here in a while and it raelly kills me cos i really missed u guyz...i been shuffling btwn work and studio, well its paying off though...so i got news (a lil bit late though).

Yet another Precious milestone for Jill Scott.
The R&B songstress and fiancé Lil' John Roberts welcomed their first child together Monday, son Jett Hamilton Roberts.
Jett was born at 4:20 p.m. (on 4-20, incidentally) and entered this world weighing 7 pounds, 8 ounces.
Scott, who's currently earning rave reviews for her role as Botswanan detective Precious Ramotswe in HBO's adaptation of novelist Alexander McCall Smith's No. 1 Ladies Detective Agency series, revealed that she was expecting during the Television Critics Association convention in January.
"The first trimester I spent in Botswana," the three-time Grammy winner said.
Having been unable to get pregnant during her five-year marriage to first husband Lyzel Williams, Scott expressed relief earlier this year that everything was going so well.
"I definitely had issues over the course of my life, reproduction issues," she told People. "Until now...it's the most amazing thing that's ever happened to me."
She and Roberts announced their engagement last June. They first stepped out as a couple in 2007....Source E!

Jill Scott born April 4, 1972 is an American Soul and R&B singer-songwriter, poet and actress. She has won three Grammy Awards. Jill grew up an only child in the North Philadelphia neighborhood of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and was raised by her mother, Joyce Scott, and her grandmother. Scott began her performing career as a Spoken Word artist, appearing at live poetry readings to perform her work. She was eventually discovered by Amir "QuestLove" Thompson of The Roots. QuestLove invited her to join the band in the studio, and the collaboration resulted in a co-writing credit for Scott for the song, "You Got Me", Prior to her breakthrough in the music industry, Scott worked at a variety of jobs, including a number of retail positions and stints at a construction site and an ice cream parlor.

In 2000, Erykah Badu and The Roots won the Grammy for best rap performance by a duo or group for "You Got Me",and Scott debuted as an artist during a Roots live show, filling in for Badu and providing her own variation on the song. Subsequently, Scott collaborated with Eric Benet, Will Smith, and Common and broadened her performing experience by touring Canada in a production of the Broadway musical Rent.

Scott was the first artist signed to Steve McKeever's 'Hidden Beach Recordings' label. Her debut album, Who Is Jill Scott? Words and Sounds Vol. 1 was released in 2000. She experienced some chart success and notice with the single "A Long Walk", which eventually earned her a Grammy nomination in early 2003 for Best Female Vocal Performance. Here I go:

Early in her career, Badu was regonizable for wearing very large and colorful headwraps. She was a core member of the Soulquarians, and is also an actress having appeared in a number of films playing a range of supporting roles in movies such as Blues Brothers 2000, The Cider House Rules, and House of D.
Baduizm,
Badu's highly acclaimed album, was released in early 1997 and debuted at #2 on the Billboard charts. Lead single "On & On" reached #12 on the singles charts in both the U.S and U.K. Badu recieved notice for her introspective lyrics and jazzy, bass-heavy sound, and was hailed as one of the leading lights of the burgeoning neo soul genre. Her sophisticated style of singing drew many comparisons to Legend Jazz singer Billie Holiday. Baduizm eventually went triple platinum and, along with "On & On", won Grammy Awards at the 1998 ceremonies

Badu became involved with Andre 3000 of Outkast, with whom she had a child Seven Sirius(i love dis name), and she also had a daughter Puma Rose with west coast rapper The D.O.C.
She was feature on the song "You got me" co-written by Jill Scott (anoda lovely Legend we're gonna treat), which hit the top 40 and won a Grammy for Best Rap Performance by a Duo or Group. She also serves as an activist in South Dallas where she grew up. Baduizm

Hey peepz, how y'all doin', well ma day started rather rough than i expected, and I'm still kinda mad at the Government, they have to appease me...like the gods..lol. Anywayz sha, i dun wanna bore you with ma wahala (trouble)...So the deal of today. I'll be talking about Erykah Badu(ma future baby mama)...here i go.

Born Erica Abi Wright on February 26, 1971, better know as Erykah Badu is a multiple Grammy-winner American Soul Singer and songwriter, whose works has infusions of Jazz, R&B and Hip Hop. She's best known for her role in the rise of the neo-soul (i love dis word) sub-genre, and for her eccentric, cerebral musical stylings and sense of fashion (Amen to dat). She is known as the "First Lady of Neo-Soul", and damn me for forgetin to mention dis "she also a talented Actress".

Erykah had her first taste of show business at the age of 4, singing and dancing with her mother at the Dallas Theatre Centre. By the age of 14, Erykah was free-styling for a local radio station. In her early youth, she decided to change the spelling of her name from Erica to Erykah (now dis cool). The term 'kah' signifies the inner self, which, when translated from Arabic, means 'can do no wrong'. Additionally in a letter written to Erykah from her father, "Badu in Arabic means truth and light...good choice kid. U can read more on en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Erykah_Badu or check her out on Erykahbadu.com

If you are a Soul star and you dun have any of her album, then you must be kiddin me.....i'm out
